Sri Trat 烤紅咖哩配燒豬肩肉飯
Made using Thai herbs and spices and seasoned with famous krill paste from Thailand’s Elephant Island, the curry is roasted slowly to release an aromatic oil. The umami taste from the krill paste balances out the refreshing sweetness and tanginess of the pineapple, pairing perfectly with tender charred pork shoulder.
